Terms and Conditions of Sale

Hey! 'Cause that's what we say in North Carolina. This web site will be updated on a regular basis. Well, as regular as possible considering that I have a full time job, do twenty coin shows a year, and am remodeling our 110 year old house.

GUARANTEE:

All ancient coins and artifacts we sell are guaranteed genuine without time limit. Grading is by conservative American standards (ANA, Brown and Dunn, Photograde, etc) for United States material. World and ancient coins graded by more stringent European standards. Anything deemed not as described or otherwise found unsatisfactory must be returned via Registered and/or Insured Mail within seven (7) days of receipt to receive a full and immediate refund. Do not mail anything without adequate postal insurance.

TO ORDER:

Send e-mail. Include inventory control number (for example; G12, R34, W3, Us154, CW7, etc.) We will respond to inquiries and confirm e-mail orders promptly.

All prices are in US dollars.

Pay attention. Most items are one of a kind. Reasonable offers for material posted thirty days or longer will be considered. Items marked “on hold” have been ordered and/or shipped. Items marked “sold” are gone (seven day return period is over).

We will ship as soon as possible after we are certain of the funds. We may offer Visa and MasterCard service someday.

Add three dollars ($3 US) for postage to all orders no matter how large or small.

Seven percent (7.0 %) sales tax added to all orders shipped to North Carolina addresses unless a valid resale license is produced or is in our files. Sorry, no exceptions. Complaints should be sent directly to the Governor of North Carolina. Send the 7.0 % tax to us. We will forward the tax to the Governor.

BUYING:

We buy United States, ancient and world coins, tokens, medals, paper money, documents and artifacts. Send list or ship (package carefully with complete inventory and price or a request for best offer). Please review our want lists for current specific needs.
